Agree. I think Vengeance was an absolutely excellent film (my rating: 7/10), but I did not think it was purely a Golden Globe. But that is only positive for the Danish film, not least for Bees themselves and all who have been involved in the film, of course, ariel winter emmys so congratulations to them :)
I think that there were two definite surprises in the awards, otherwise the rest went as I had anticipated. "Vengeance" was without a doubt the biggest surprise, and now it's also great candidate to win an Oscar. Hans Zimmer, I was sure to win the best film music, but it did not .. practice.

Have not even seen the broadcast, but will do so once during the week. I am a little surprised that TSN wins since it usually does not fall into HFPAs taste. But it has apparently been too good to overlook.

Like his later achievements (not movies). Public Enemies and Terminator as you mention. He was anonymous in these, but roles were not all that good. The Fighter he was said to show new sides of his talent.
Three prizes for Glee? It is FULLY deserved! Surprised Chris Colfer won, but it's good for him. He is also really good in Glee. Best Original Song: "You Have not Seen The Last of Me" - YES! That's what I hoped would happen! Ooh how well it's a really good song, well deserved!
