First day on our dream trip is now gone. We landed yesterday at. 15.00 local time (24.00 Danish time) in Los Angeles, which is the second most popular city in the United States, surpassed only by New York. Our hotel, Stay, located in downtown LA as the city center. The hotel is fine for the price, you have your own room, but share a shower and toilet with others, yes yes you are well backpacker :) We have walked around all day when we first need to download our car tomorrow. In fact, LA center one of the only places in all of California, where you see people walking on foot, otherwise you drive around everywhere. The city is incredibly exciting, but not as we had expected. Here is almost only old low-rise buildings and ancient Mexican houses, near the Financial District, where there are about 15 towers. Residents of downtown consists essentially of Mexicans and African Americans, and here are very few tourists. Otherwise, the city is just really nice and you get a unique and different experience of being a native of LA.
