They call him a genius musicals, his Q-Tip from A Tribe Called Quest. Now he is coming for the first time to Denmark and play in Store Vega 15th August. This is the real deal ... And Can I Kick It - Yes you Can.
The story: A Tribe Called Quest occurred in 1988 and it has become mind watch many cool things since then, but most of connoisseurs and people in Hip Hop environment. First album People's Instivctive Travels and the Paths of Rhythm 90 'took the band up to the general public for the "Can I Kick It," which you can not avoid hearing. A Tribe Called Quest has laid the foundation kids choice awards 2011 winners for the great many other rappers and is so old school it's cool!
Best rapper A Tribe Called Quest initially consisted of Q-Tip, Phife Dawg and Ali Shaheed Muhammad but there was never any doubt that Q-Tip was the frontman and blood of the band. He has in particular been voted the best rapper / producer through the ages by Allmusic. Over the past year, Q-Tip working with different people like Dee-Lite, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston and Janet Jackson, Mark Ronson, The Chemical Brothers for which he won a Grammy with in 2006 with the song "Galvanize" and rappers the Beastie Boys, Mobb Deep and Nas. He is currently working with songs for Beyonce, Drake & Mary J Blige's new plates. As well as his own new album, which will be called "The Last Zulu". Q-Tip has also produced tracks on Kanye West & Jay-Z new album "Watch the Throne" which was published on 4 July. Can you kick it - If you feel like it's Store Vega 15th August.
